[Tails-dev] Tor Browser 10.0.7 is ready for testing

We are happy to announce the first Tor Browser 10.0.7 release candidate
for wider testing. Packages can be found at:

Tor Browser 10.0.7 updates Firefox to 78.6.0esr, HTTPS Everywhere to
2020.11.17, and openssl to 1.1.1i.
