How to relaunch the TorLauncher if I accidentally close it before it's
finished connecting to Tor? Is there a command line instruction?

At the moment, if TorLauncher accidentally closed and you try to open
Tor Browser, Tor Browser just displays a message 'Tor is not ready'.
