Do I understand correctly that you've enabled the "Welcome Screen"
persistence feature, but after rebooting you see it's disabled in the
persistence configuration wizard?

If that's right, please share:

- the contents of
/live/persistence/TailsData_unlocked/persistence.conf

- the output of the following command:

ls -l /live/persistence/TailsData_unlocked/persistence.conf*
ls -ld /live/persistence/TailsData_unlocked/

> 2. The Tails 4.13 feature that protects the root of Persistence does
> not work. The contents of this directory remains accessible when no

Please share:

- the output of the following command:

ls -ld /live/persistence/TailsData_unlocked/

- the contents of /var/log/live-persist
