The following sentence (in "Can I download using BitTorrent with Tails?"
section) :

> It harms the network, see: <https://blog.torproject.org/why-tor-slow-and-what-were-going-do-about-it.

I think the final > is missing, something like

> It harms the network, see: <https://blog.torproject.org/why-tor-slow-and-what-were-going-do-about-it>.
