for some time I could not support with testing

i enable the persistent setting on welcome screen, was great to use this

I restart the computer with this feature 3 times, enabling and testing
thunderbird, bookmarks, welcome screen, additional software (htop, lshw)

language (spanish), keyboard layout (latin america) and administration
