[Tails-l10n] Fun with translation metadata when refreshing

Hi,

While importing+refreshing translations, I noticed a bunch of
contributions being “anonymized”. Some random examples:

    -# ButterflyOfFire, 2018
    +# d506c013dc1b502e7a53f91ebcbf8f29_985b4b3, 2018

    -# Guillem Arias Fauste <inactive+Mr_SpeedArt@???>, 2016

and so on.

Since lint_po was happy, I decided to proceed with updated translations,
but you may want to check that particular commit:

    Date:   Mon Jun 1 14:27:14 2020 +0200

        Update PO files.

which was obtained by following those steps of the release process
(https://tails.boum.org/contribute/release_process/):

    ./import-translations  && \
    ./refresh-translations && \
    ./submodules/jenkins-tools/slaves/lint_po && \
    git add po && git commit -m 'Update PO files.'
