I fully welcome this proposal!
(and I've started doing that for Foundations Team and Release Management
on a regular fashion, it seems to be working fine enough for now :))

If you know better and feel confident with not following this rule of
thumb, that's probably fine! It's definitely not a requirement (MUST).
