During the po import for 4.5, i18nspector spotted some issue with a
file that is *not* under po/, but under wiki/ instead. I've fixed it
in passing (as it was only about a trailing newline), but you might
want to check the fix reaches the right place:

This commit will get pushed in a few minutes, batched together with
other updates.
(At some point I'll try and learn more about the translation-related
processes, but not in the middle of a release session.)
