I am not familiar with Apple's implementation of Secure Boot so I've
read

My current understanding is that the only way to start any other
operating system than macOS and Windows on this generation of Apple
hardware is, unfortunately, to disable Secure Boot entirely :(
(I initially understood that the "Medium" should work but further
reading lead me to believe it won't.)
