I can fully understand, that you may be under stress and frustrated, when you
prepare a release. Many thanks for all your work and thanks that you reflect
yourself afterwards and asked for apologies, that is great.

That is a great attitude to try not to do the same mistakes twice. Yes the new
way may have new issues but that way we learn, what works and what doesn't.
The next step should be to document, what works and what doesn't so others
don't have to do the same mistake again.
