I like the idea to

- send it to the committer
- send a copy to the admins of the platform
- not send these emails here anymore

The script which does this check is
tails.git:submodules/jenkins-tools/slaves/lint_po

On the long term, would it be possible to run these checks before a
commit/push with errors happens? I remember that the idea was in the
past that every committer would run this on their machine via an
obligatory Git hook and the Weblate VM would also run it (it does). I
guess hefee and intrigeri could refresh my memory here.
