Dear Madam/Sir,

My apologies for contacting you as I'm sure you're busy enough, but yours is the only address I can find on the website.
Every attempt at downloading TAILS 4.0 fails. There appears to be only one mirror (https://mirror.marwan.ma…). Is the mirror overloaded perhaps?
Hope you can help, as I'm very anxious to upgrade.
