[Tails-testers] Tails 4.0 Beta 1

Burned the image to flash drive.

Wouldn't boot.

Went to a screen with a list of things in process and hung.

Gigabyte Mother Board
Intel i7-8700 CPU @ 3.2GHz
Nvidia RTX 2070

Current non-beta release of Tails works on this machine, though with the
video resolution problem.
