First off i'm using a Macbook Pro 13-inch 2017. The specs are on the image.
I was having problems with Tails 3.16, and your support suggested that I try the 4.0 beta. Downloaded and installed through a VM, and Mac can see the USB, either through rEFInd or boot menu, same as 3.16. But can't get anything to show up - no Tails boot menu, just a black screen, same as 3.16. I can't add anything to the boot options because it hasn't appeared. The Tails boots fine on another PC so it's a problem with the Mac.
Just wondered if there will be a fix for this by October 22nd, when 4.0 is released? Or any current workarounds for this problem. If not, thought it'd be useful for you to know, so hopefully I can get it working.
