[Tails-ux] Tor associated with frozen UI

Hi

Recently, when I run Tor, the UI becomes unresponsive. It will waken for a few seconds then lock up again. Sometimes, I've had to wait minutes. Most of the time, I can tolerate this, but occasionally I need to take screenshots of a process on a web page, and if I'm forced to restart TAILS, everything is lost. It looks like Tor is implicated because it happens only when I'm on a web page.
