I understood that the commit happen when the page is revisioned AND
translated at 100%.. this mechanism changed?

the human check? also in git this could happen, if someone has 2 users,
but in the past process we had not anonimous user..
for our team at the moment the review process is quite slow :( but I
think because is not enougth clear for all how work.. probably..
