[Tails-project] Mozilla Festival 2019

The Mozilla Festival 2019 will happen on October 21-27 in London:

I don't think anybody from Tails ever went to this event but it looks
like one of these less-technical events that are good to connect with
communities of users and funders.

Most likely, I won't be in Europe at that time and won't attend.
If ever I'm Europe, I'll try very hard to go there.
