For the record, the Unsafe Browser is only meant to be used in Tails as
a way to connect to captive portals.

But indeed, captive portals might use CAPTCHAs and accessible CAPTCHAs
should have an audio alternative. So I created #16795 to handle this:

Even though, I don't think that it'll be solve any time soon.
