[Tails-testers] usb not workiing second time

Hi i read your part about this and my usb always worked then stopped showing up as readable for about the entire week and a half starting two wednesdays ago but then started showing up and working again last wednesday. I dont know what fixed it or caused it but my usb is a san disk 16gb and computer acer aspire 3 and i was wondering after this last update when i click the onion icon inside tor browser there is no safeness option just change identity is tor browser permanetley in safest mode now or where do i find the option to go safe safer safest?
