[Tails-testers] Call for testing: tentative 3.13.1 images

Hi,

please test the *tentative* images for Tails 3.13.1:

… and report back any issue. Ideally, make it clear whether the
problem was already present in Tails 3.13.

These images haven't passed our internal quality assurance yet and are
thus not official yet.
