You are correct.
Its like so incognito the icon is there but not visible at times.

If i run with VBoxVGA without 3D acceleration i see the icon but then if
i use zoom (from accessibility menu) i dont see it but i can see a 27x26
pixels square of it when i move the cursor a certain place which is a
bit down and left of the icon.

I also noticed the openPGP-applet icon is the only one with colors. It
does not follow the thema it seems.
I see there are both png and svg icons for the program. Maybe one format
does not work as expected.

I want to try and close the onion circuits icon to the right of it but i
cant figure out how to do that.

Also the icons in the program menu and the about dialog and down the
window list all show a generic icon and i think this happens in all
graphics controller modes with or without 3D acceleration.
