[Tails-l10n] Fixes for ar.po and hu.po

Hi,

It'd be great to have those fixed so they don't break further l10n syncs
when we're in the middle of the release process:

which AFAICT can and should be reverted, as the placeholders are changed
to a different string in the msgstrs… I've done that before committing
other changes.
