[Tails-l10n] Call for translation: 3.10.1 announcements

Hi,

Tails 3.10.1[*] will be released soon and you can start translating the
announcements, based on the web/release-3.10.1 branch until the release,
and on the master branch once it's out:

- wiki/src/news/version_3.10.1.*.po
- wiki/src/security/Numerous_security_holes_in_3.9.1.*.po

[*] For those wondering, we decided to skip announcing 3.10, and we went
    for a 3.10.1 release instead.
