[Tails-l10n] Error in the Russian translation (ru.po)

Hi folks,

While preparing the 3.10 release, an error popped out with the Russian
translation: the {package} placeholder is typo'd in the message string:
{packege}.

Please find attached a diff showing the fix I've implemented locally;
please make sure it gets fixed in the relevant repository, so that we
don't need to manually fix that again.
