[Tails-project] Tails 3.9 seems to lead to massive downloads…

Hi,

Maybe will you be interested to know that, from a mirror point of view,
the Tails 3.9 release seems to be a huge success with around 2 times
more download than usual, as you can see in the following graph :

This graph shows the bandwidth used by a mirror (tails.hivane.net) which
receive around 1/50 of the total downloads. As you can see, the 3.9 peak
is "a bit" higher than the previous releases ones.
