In the Tails 3.9 release candidate, you can open the documentation for
using GNOME Disks to unlock VeraCrypt volumes. Open one of these URLs in
the Tor Browser:

- If your volume is a file container:
file:///usr/share/doc/tails/website/doc/encryption_and_privacy/veracrypt.en.html#index5h2

- If your volume is a partition:
file:///usr/share/doc/tails/website/doc/encryption_and_privacy/veracrypt.en.html#index8h2
