Hello, friend! I do not use persistence.

I can reproduce by simply connecting to Tor and from there
launching TB. The add-on does not load within the browser.

However, if I boot Tails and disable the network connection
and start TB (clicking through the pop-up about not being
connected to Tor) the add-on loads just fine! I'm not sure
why this is. I haven't tried the method described here
and leaving the TB session open with the uBo plug-in loaded
and connecting to Tor to determine if it works.

But for past several and current versions of Tails this has
had me stumped. I figured it may not be of much importance,
but I grew tired of the situation and decided to act!

Oh, and off-topic, Tails 3.6.1 - local tails website archive
mentions 3.6 release and changes but does not list it as 3.6.1
with current information.
