It looks like the commit message for
cfb651f46bdefe484f97d1dcfadc1fae42c2a921
should read:
"#6907 seems to be triggered especially on /news (inline in an
inline)"
i.e. the same reason that made us abort our attempt, a few years ago,
to inline the release notes from a single page into both the release
announcement and our monthly report.
