As far as I know none of us potential mergers read portuguese and I at
least am not subscribed to the portuguese translator list.

In order to get your translations merged, you need to send emails and
merge requests to tails-l10n@ (send the branches and the address of your
Git repository. Make sure the Wiki builds, make sure you have merged
latest tails/master into your branch without conflicts.).
