Hi Fidel,

First, Electron Cash is not in Debian so it can't be shipped in Tails
as-is.
Second, in several areas such as messaging and crypto-currencies,
there are tons of options around and everyone wants their preferred
one supported by default in Tails. This is not realistic: we can't
possibly support 5+ chat clients and 4+ crypto-currency software.
So our take on it is that we are actively working on improving
our "Additional software packages" feature:
https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/persistence/configure/#additional_software
The result of our work will be released in 2018Q2. Then it'll be
pretty easy for Tails users to ensure their own Tails has the software
they need… as long as said software is available in Debian.
Cheers,
