[Tails-l10n] [fr] Troubles with https://tails.boum.org/home/…

Hi all,

In Tails 3.2, when we start Tor browser, it display
https://tails.boum.org/home/index.fr.html web page (the 'news' page),
who is now only 12% translated. Before that, this page was all translated.

I can't understand why it is not now.

In fact, when we go on https://tails.boum.org/news/index.fr.html, it is
100% translated.

Any idea? Something broken?
