Wow, this goes a bit too deep into customization to be part of what
we're actively supporting. Besides I don't really get the advantage
compared to CTRL+c or right-click → Copy.

Right, we include the Unsafe Browser precisely to deal with such
situations. I don't understand your proposal: how exactly would
Pluggable Transports be used?

Both apt and apt-get should work alike. apt is just a nicer frontend.
openvpn won't work on Tails.
You need to `apt update' first before installing packages.
