Totally! I realized I was late, and didn't even think about the proper procedure at the time, just to get the schedule out as fast as possible. And -- surprise! -- stressing through it also fucked it up. Sometimes I wish I was a better (or at least more consistent/disciplined) documentation-to-work compiler. :)
