I had a quick look at the diffoscope output, and you are hit (only) by the known issue of "Various .cache files not reproducible in some environments" (https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/12740). Hopefully we can collect a few more system-info* of systems hit by this bug so we can pin-point the cause.
