[Tails-dev] Tails 3.0-Beta 4 to RC 1 upgrade

Hi,
The automatic upgrade from 3.0 beta 4 to RC 1 is not working. When I
try to upgrade using tails-upgrade-frontend-wrapper, it says the
system is up to date. How do I do an automatic upgrade?
