[Tails-testers] curl is not configured to use tor

I tried to install OhMyZSH (http://ohmyz.sh/) using curl and got this
message.

$ sh -c "$(curl -fsSL
https://raw.github.com/robbyrussell/oh-my-zsh/master/tools/install.sh)"
curl: (7) Failed to connect to raw.github.com port 443: Connection refused

Using wget worked fine.
