Please try an experimental ISO downloaded from
https://nightly.tails.boum.org/build_Tails_ISO_feature-stretch-intel-video/lastSuccessful/archive/build-artifacts/
and add xorg-driver=intel to the kernel command line options in the
boot loader menu.

If that works, then please report the full output of the following
command:

lspci -v
