Hi,
the DPL agreed on a budget for the upcoming Debian event in Paris
(
https://wiki.debian.org/BSP/2017/05/fr/Paris/Announcement).
We would like Debian France to be the Trusted Organization that deals
with the reimbursement.
To give you an idea of the work this implies, this will cover:
* travel: ~17 people, ~1.5k€
* food: 1-2k€, 1 or 2 invoices
* accommodation: probably one flat rented for 3 nights
Are you ready to deal with it, or should we find another TO?
If you want to handle it, then: first, thanks a lot; second, it would
be nice to bring whatever paperwork is needed at the event, so that we
can start the reimbursement process there :)
