The GNOME Help says: "you can switch to the next input source with
Super+Space and to the previous one with Shift+Super+Space. You can
change these shortcuts in the Keyboard settings". The "Super" key is
generally the one with a Windows™®© logo.

I can't easily verify right now if we have customized this keybinding,
nor whether it works. Can you?
