Yes, here is my MacBook specs where Tails 3.0 Beta 1 doesn't boot up.
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
macOS Sierra version 10.12.3 (16D32)
Processor 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB
