my information). I opened a criminal cases in the court against criminal people ( I have a copies documents) and against corruption police officers--they kidnapped of me from my job and illegally, without court decision, without judge decision sent of me in

against criminal people and against corruption police officers--FBI said, it's will be a special investigation--but they lied to me, investigation wasn't been. Information about me in a computer illegal and false- cities--Westfield, Chicopee, Chatham, MA and
Chicago--I never been this addresses, I don't know location this addresses. In 2005, police mafia stole from my private house another two cars and later in 2005, they stole and my private house, use illegal documents. I am moved to New Jersey and later to

back to Massachusetts and was a kidnapped, by police mafia from street and illegal sent to crazy house without court decision, without judge decision--police mafia kept four years of me in crazy house, now I held on the program ( PACT) and I have a moment
to send a fax's and write Email's. In June 22, 2016 I did a statement ( electronic tip line) on the site of FBI Washington D.C--but, I don't receive answer. 07.06.2016 I sent, by fax copies of my documents ( 39 pages), like evidence against police mafia and
their criminal people, and did a statement to FBI Washington D.C--but I don't receive answer. 07.18.2016--I sent, by fax ( 202) 278-3037 again ( 42 pages)documents to FBI Washington D.C and call, by the phone ( 202) 278-2000--dispatcher FBI said, they received
my documents, but she was angry on the phone and she drop the phone. Now I am held on the program ( PACT). They threating me, force to accept illegal medication of 2,5 years, I many times spoke to the Manager ( Robin) and the Supervisor ( Melissa), but they
constantly ignore me. After reception of illegal medication 15-20 minutes later the head strongly hurt, at the nights I couldn't sleep, on all body, on hands, on legs, on face appeared multipurulent sores ( they were for months) sharply sight fell, my weight
rose to 300 pounds, when normal weight I always had 200-210 pounds), my feet lower then knees swelled up--became strong sich to go, kidneys began to hurt strongly ( I have supporting documents from three different doctors). ( PACT), they wanted to destroy
my immune system, in other words, they wanted to move away me physical having used illegal medication. I am lifted big scandal and began to demand the Supervisor with ( Medical Health Center), then Manager ( Robin) and Supervisor ( Melissa) with (PACT program)
strongly were afraid and they gave the order to the office workers to make illegal documents for insurance and in Federal Office Social Security (SSI), they illegally undersigned my signatures and illegally used my (SSI number) and also my name and lastname.
One good person brought me copies of these illegal documents--when I showed these copies to the Manager ( Robin), she was a very angry, she told me that I won't be able to proof anybody anything, she told--them much and I am only one. They want illegally according
to documents--to make me the madman, that I couldn't achieve investigation. They were afraid that them for this crime will put in jail. Now ( Robin) prepares other way, what to destroy me. Now I am address to Contact the Crime Victim's Right Ombudsman in Washington
