Definitely! It should be something easy to crowd-source.

The synopsis for the note taking should be something like:

* Name (fake but loosely related in terms of language, age, gender)
* Date
* Who they are
* Their relationship with Tails (why, when, how often)
* Things they like
* Things they don't like
