Assuming this is about the (December) report that emmapeel was
coordinating: I've published it a while ago :)

Assuming this is about the January report, that you were coordinating:
I remember you proposed that I handle the publication myself, and
I did express agreement on February 6, but didn't implement it in the
end (first, because the report lacked the number of WhisperBack bug
reports and when it was added, I simply forgot to go ahead; second,
report coordinators who have the commit bit on our main repo can
handle the publication themselves, so it didn't fit into my brain why
I should do it myself; third, because it felt wrong that I publish my
own bits of report without someone else, such as the report
coordinator, having reviewed them first).
Regardless of these unspoken minor concerns, I obviously should have
done what I had committed to. I'm very sorry about that! I've just
gone ahead, put my minor concerns aside and published the January
report on our web site :)
Will you handle the next steps documented on the "Publishing"
section of
https://tails.boum.org/blueprint/monthly_report/,
or should I?
