Hi,
I've started drafting an agenda for next meeting, focusing on the
announcement of this event, and anything that blocks it, since IMO
this should be our top-priority at this point. It's there:

Everything in there comes from the wiki page, that is our canonical
TODO list. If you feel one blocker is missing, please first add it to
the wiki page and then to the agenda. Thanks!
If anything is unclear in there, please ask me beforehand so you're
not blocked by my absence during the meeting :)
I've also added to the end of the agenda a few more (non-blocking)
items that should easily be doable without me. They're mostly about
offering some ACTION items that a number of other people could easily
take care of, and that I committed to do more or less by default
during a meeting when we were only 3 people.
There are two topics I particularly care about: moderation team,
bursaries team. I have input and somewhat strong opinions about them,
and they're not urgent at this point, so I would like to be at the
meeting when we discuss them. So if you don't mind, please consider
postponing them to a future meeting if I cannot attend the one that's
being scheduled for later this week :)
