I hope this movie ("The first seconds of the tor activation.mp4") will
helpful to solve an issue with freezing the traffic that (issue) can be
solved only by reconnecting the Ethernet cable.
The movie shows the reported (?) traffic values during the first seconds
after the Ethernet cable are connected to router.
