[Tails-testers] Call for testing: Tails 3.0~beta1

We will provide security updates for Tails 3.0~beta1, just like we do
for stable versions of Tails. So if it works much better for you than
Tails 2.x, for example if it supports your hardware better, then it
should be safe to upgrade.

But keep in mind that this is a test image. We tested that it is not
broken in obvious ways, but it might still contain undiscovered issues.
