[Tails-l10n] Translation to spanish

Hi all,
we are several people (2 for sure, trying to convince other 2 or 3
people) wanting to help translating Tails' website to Spanish to make it
more accessible in Latin America. We would like to know if there is
already a team working on this language, how do you organize and work,
and which parts are already in progress, which pages we can start
translating.
