[Tails-project] Social contract - next meeting on january 3r…

Hi,

I think we sort of forgot to have the social contract meeting in
december, didn't we?

I hereby propose that we reschedule this to january 3rd, 19h30
(Amsterdam/Berlin time).

Those who are at 33c3 could also prepare this a bit, but it's not an
obligation.
