This suggests that the problem is related to your graphics card. Can you
please start Tails 2.x on the same computer, and once it has fully
started, run this command in a terminal:
lspci | grep -i vga
and report back the *exact* output here?
Also, what happens if you start Tails 3.0~alpha1 with the "failsafe"
option (see
https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/startup_options/ for
instructions if you don't know what I'm talking about)?
