[Tails-l10n] Call for translations: launching the donation c…

Hi,

So the donation campaign is pretty much ready and we'll try to launch it
as soon as possible. I prepared a branch with the donation banners and
the first blog post. It's:

    web/11297-donation-banner

It would be amazing if you could translate it over the week-end so that
we can launch the campaign early next week. If you cannot translate this
over the week-end, then maybe we'll start the campaign even earlier.
